The steps required to unregister your mobile device from a Banyan organization depend on your device's operating system:

iOS

  1. Launch the Banyan MobileApp, and then tap the settings icon.

  2. Locate the organization from which you intend to unregister, and then tap Unregister.

  3. Tap Open Settings and then navigate to General > Profile > Banyan Certificates.

  4. Tap Remove Profile, then enter your device passcode (if applicable) and tap Remove.

  5. Return to the Banyan MobileApp, then tap Continue and then tap OK.


Android

  1. Launch the Banyan MobileApp, and then tap the settings icon.

  2. Locate the organization from which you intend to unregister, and then tap Unregister.

  3. Tap OPEN SECURITY SETTINGS > Advanced > Encryption & credentials > Trusted credentials.

  4. Tap the User tab, then tap your organizations' Root Certificate Authority (Root CA), and remove the Root CA.

  5. Navigate back to the Encryption & credentials settings page and then tap User credentials.

  6. Tap the Device Certificate and then tap Remove.

  7. Tap the additional Root CA and then tap Remove.

  8. Return to the Banyan MobileApp, tap Continue, then tap OK.
